Going West

As west as we could go we went. Me and Steve being the cheese connoisseurs that we are, made us crave some unique cheeses from the cheese state, Wisconsin. We drove right to Ehlenbach's Cheese Chalet. Out of the 100 cheese selection, we bought a Wisconsin blue cheese, a jalepeno olive cheddar and dill flavored mozzarella snack bites. The dill has been making the car stink!

We did some serious miles through Wisconsin and straight through Minnesota. Once we hit Sioux Falls, South Dakota, we checked into the Holiday Inn. Steve heard this town was artsy so we drove into the town looking to eat. I guess the little sculptures on the main street made it unique? Unfortunately we had to settle for Applebees as everything else was closed. Not quite the town we expected but it's all apart of the fun of being spontaneous. We then knew we'd quickly leave the next morning.

You guys are hauling it across! You'll be here in no time. How's the car holding up? Do you guys have a schedule you're keeping to or are you going with the flow?

We are going as fast, but taking our time at the same time. We want to see any and everything that interests us! We have no set plans now, we research nightly, and draw out plans for the next day! Can't wait to see you
